I just start having a problem with PayPal checkout. When my customer places an order and is sent to PayPal to checkout, none of the shipping information is forwarded. The customer is only charged for the items, not the shipping. When I go to process the order, it list payment as pending, and list the full amount. I process it through the store and it says captured, but nothing actually happens on PayPal.

I had that problem long ago..I am pretty sure it turned out to be a paypal setup issue.

I just found a problem in PayPal. Under My Account - Profile in PayPal, there is a setting for Shipping Calculations. Aparently I had something set up a long time ago that was saying free shipping. I deleated this. Hopefully this will solve the issue.
