Is there a way to include the tracking numbers entered in the backend in the body of the email notification? I just realized that 'guests' do not create an account so they wouldn't have access to these numbers. Thanks!

Question...
Would there be a way to make the tracking numbers into links with nvelocity? Until recently, we only used one shipping method (ups), so I was able to just put the tracking number into the ups url for tracking. I know that there is code in the Admin/Orders/Shipments/Default.aspx page to create the link, but, I'm not sure how I could get that functionality into an email...? Custom object maybe??
Thanks for the help,

Scott

I think Robbie discussed the linkage of tracking number to carrier in that post and I updated the notification for that as well. Did you checked that part.

Yep we had an old post on that. It's something our customers pretty much require. I hate it when companies email me a tracking number I have to copy and paste.
