On a side note.. the system allows you to have a COGS,sku,price etc for each variant. Why is there no option for manufacturer part number at the variant level as well?

I couldn't agree more with this one. Not that I'd want to do all of the work to setup my ridiculously large lists of variants with all of these extra fields but if they existed I'd find a way to make it happen. Life would be just that much closer to being fulfilled!!!
