This is the first time I've seen it since setting up volume discounts, not sure if it was related to my last problem, but I had an order with double volume discounts per line item.
So pretty much each product line item had two lines for volume discounts. Each volume discount was the same amount. There was even two lines for shipping. I'm not sure I can recreate the issue as it is the only time it has happened. Anybody have an explanation?

ItemA 1.00$
Discount -0.10
Discount -0.10
ItemB 2.00$
Discount -0.20
Discount -0.20
