Edit not being shown on summary pages correctly.

An edit to the shipping cost is not being shown on summary pages correctly.
To reproduce:
Place P.O. order.
Edit order and reduce (edit) shipping by $10.00 ($19.36 to $9.36)
Go to Payments and mark as received.
Order now shows a remaining balance of -$10.00
The order shows payments received that is $10.00 too high. This isn't correct.
