Required fields for item to display in store?

I am having someone make a custom CSV import because dataport doesnt create directories automatically etc. What fields in what tables are required for an item to display in the store, because it is showing up in the database in the following tables, but I cant see it in my store. Any help please.

ac_Products
ac_Categories
ac_CategoryParents
ac_Manufacturers
ac_CatalogNodes...with appropriate relation
