Server Error - Please Help!

I have a loyal customer who for some reason can no longer access my site. We've tried google searches, direct links, etc...but he still gets the same error message. Can anyone here make any sense of this error? I'm still on version 7.0 and I'm wondering if that's the problem. The person responsible for getting us upgraded is away on business right now. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Here's the error below my signature.
