How to "Capture" authorized PayPal payments

Hello All,
I have several PayPal orders that are in the "Authorized" state.
How do I "capture" these funds? Is this done through the site? Or do I need to go to the PayPal site to do this?

It seems you are using "Authorize" mode. Use "Authorize" to request authorization without capturing funds at the time of purchase. You can capture authorized transactions through the order admin interface. Use "Sale" to capture funds immediately at the time of purchase.

Yes. That is (or was) correct.
But, where in the OrderAdmin interface do we do a "capture" ? (I know this is simple, but sometimes those are the hardest questions! haha)
