I've Warehouse in CA and setup in the AC shopping cart that is a Primary Warehouse! And setup that CA state has a Tax (for shipping address) !
When the new customer going to checkout the AC shopping cart get the Primary Warehouse address (that is in CA) and adding the tax automaticaly!
And customer has the price + tax! Why? He is a new one and have not any addresses records!
It's a big problem for me and I can't working this bug! I've submit that bug one moth ago to the support team but no result!
HOW TO FIX IT??
