I want to change Admin/Orders/Print/Invoices.aspx so that Kits have their components listed with a bullet list in the same table cell. Basically the same format as the Menbers/PrintMyOrder.aspx.

Yes it seems to me that its possible. PrintMyOrder page is making use of ConLib/Utility/OrderItemDetail control for this purpose. Check OrderItemDetail control for your custom display
