Is anyone here using Xigla's Poll Manager plugin? http://www.xigla.com/absolutepm/index.htm

We've been making a number of changes to our website and would like to gather more customer feedback. We can certainly email existing customers, but they are only a microscopic portion of our overall daily traffic.

I've read some mixed reviews of their products and support that has me a little concerned:

Any recommendations? Anyone using customer surveys on their site?

Thanks!

We host a separate survey app using SelectSurvey.NET (http://www.classapps.com/SelectSurveyNETOverview.asp) with custom logic to determine when a session is eligible for a survey - but we host all of our own web properties, any one of which might be hooked up to one or more surveys; it works well that surveys are centrally managed and data is easily aggregated.

I bought Poll Manager about 18 months ago. Was all javascript/ASP so I shelved it.

In general, the reviews in that link you posted are pretty accurate. Juan speaks poor english and gives only brief responses to tech support inquiries.

His software collection is quite remarkable and his website design is second-to-none. But I've heard far more bad things about his tech support than good.

Poll Manager may have improved since then. But you'll find many, many other .Net survey user controls available on the internet. Some completely free. There was a time when writing a survey program in .Net was a rite of passage for developers :)
