Google Checkout - Order Shipped

My GCO is working fine up to a point. I receive payments, orders, correct line items etc, but when I put tracking into the order on Able and it's marked as Shipped, is there no data sent to GCO to also update the information on that side?

Is the functionality not there or is there something wrong with my setup?

If you are using 7.0.2 then it should work and update information on that side as well. In this case check your application log and also the Google integration Console for any error information.

For app log you can check under Administration > Help > Error Log and from Google Integration Console I mean your merchant account settings at Google end.

Thanks Mazhar,

I actually keep an eye out on both of these logs and aside from UPS rate timeouts and some email errors, the app log is clear of any google errors. Error log in google has some timeouts (Read timed out. Your server must respond faster to merchant calculation callback requests.) but the order is making it to my able cart eventually, so this error afaik can be overlooked.

I don't see anything related to a postback of tracking to google at all.

I am on

VERSION: 7.0.0
BUILD: 11659

not 7.0.2 so if it wasn't fixed until 7.0.2 I guess I will have to look at upgrading.

Something's wrong here.

Build 11659 IS 7.0.2. You sure you copy/pasted that or perhaps mistyped it??
