PayPal Not Working--Pending never goes away

I have had several customers tell me that PayPal does not work on my website
http://www.EuroLuxAntiques.com.
Today, I went in and tested it myself. Aside from having to press the PayPal button on 2 successive screens, which I find confusing and not in the normal flow based on other websites, I found that I could successfully make a payment via PayPal.
However, I noticed that the payment status never changes from "pending" in AC, even though I received the funds in my PayPal account and emails from PayPal showing the payment. As far as I can tell, I have all of the API info set up correctly.
Any ideas?
