Delete an item from completed order

Client is using AC as a quote engine. After they proce it out and return it to the customer is trhere a way the customer can delete items from the quote?

There is nothing out of the box for this requirement, but you may try to write some mod for customers that gives them the ability to modify their completed order items. For refferance you can look at Edit Order Items menu from Admin's order details page.
