Google Sitemap Question for Able?

With Google have the "ga.js" Sitemap for Google Analytic's, can I use this script with Able or what have the forum found as the best way for a Sitemap? (SiteMap.xml or SiteMap.xml.gz?)
Could someone give me the best approach using a Site Map for SEO purposes in Able for Google Analytic's?
