How do you add google checkout to your site? I had it, I deleted it and when I went to add it again via the add Gateway I cannot find Google Checkout listed. Did it move? Or am terribly blind and just not seeing it?

Hi. I had the same problem. I think it came from the fact that I used the "Upgrade" installation to update to 703. When I replaced the Bin folder from the original 703 install bin, then added the new 703 hotfix patches, Google Checkout appeared.
