We are having the same problem but with FedEx. All Items are set up correctly, warehouses etc. When we click on the "estimator" we get back this message "No shipping methods are available for the current items and/or the given destination". If we proceed to the check out, there is not a shipping method available to pick from. We have tried switching the into live mode, we have tried using both a test FedEx account and a Real Account number.

I checked the ErrorMessage file...We are getting the following: Error obtaining rate quote for shipping method "FedEx Ground" / Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Any thoughts as to why we would be getting this?

I have UPS, Fedex and USPS setup, plus a 20% of order total

the only one that is working is the 20% of order total.
