Paypal Order ID

Where is the code that sends the order ID under Paypal's "Order Description" to PayPal. There is a huge bug where if you change the starting order number in the AC7 control panel everything else is messed up because for some reason the email templates, paypal order number, etc, all goes off the orderID (how it is tracked in the database) instead of the order number (how we track it in the real world).

There was bug for paypal where applicatoin was sending order id to paypal instead of order number. I am taking about 7819 issue in change log here

Its fixed and is available in 7.0.3.

Since my client is still on 7.0.2 and offers PayPal, is there a patch or workaround for 7.0.2?
