Hi,
I am new to able and have just installed 7.0.3 so please excuse this if it is an ignorant question.

I have just installed 7.0.3 and in the admin site I get the main page body but none of the elements from the master template including the menu etc.

Can anyone point me in the right direction

Regrads.

Rob.

Rob,

Have you made any changes to the site or the web.config file?

Have you checked permissions on the app_theme folder and the AbleCommerceAdmin folder underneath the app_theme folder? It sounds as if that folder isn't accessible by the site.

By the way, please don't double-post your questions. Sometimes a post will take some time to generate a response.

Thanks for replying.

I have'nt made any changes to the web.config and the permissions of the app_themes directory are the same as the root with aspnet having full control.
The site itself does pickup the master page and the theme work. This problem is confined to the admin site. I have checked the default.ASPX page and the master page and they both seem fine.
I have not made any alteration other thn following the install instructions and running install.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Rob.

Did you change the theme for the admin or delete any files?
