In my system log I see the following over and over again...

Running maintenance routines
User maintenance disabled 4 expired merchant accounts.
Maintenance routines complete
----

Seems to me like once these accounts are expired they would not need to be looked at again.

I would call this a trivial issue and you don't need to worry. I have registered a bug for it to be solved. It comes down to our maintenance query not excluding already disabled accounts from the list of expired accounts to be disabled.
