Bugs in editing billing/shipping address checkout

Hi,
There is a bug I found during checkout. Whenever the billing or shipping address is invalid, the message "There is no shipping methods available to the destination(s)." then pops up. Upon clicking on the "edit" button of either address, a blank address screen will appear and the "log in" pink button will also appear on the top as though the customer have not logged in. Shouldn't the previous address populate these fields and allow the customer to correct the wrong address instead of typing all over again? Is there a fix or patch for this?
