admin login errors Help!

When logging into the admin pages we have started to receive the following error on a random basis.

"Oops!
An unexpected error has occurred. The error message has been recorded for the system administrator. We apologize for the inconvenience."

When I was able to check the server log
"Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown.; Access to the path '128249a9-c796-4d2b-9020-cf6571055352.Png' is denied."


We just moved our Web site to godaddy. We are running 2 sites each in sub folders

Make sure that in your application you have provided read/write access on charts folder.
