AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

We have a new C# and .Net developer that is new to AbleCommerce. Do you have an article that could shed some light on how AbleCommerce is setup and how he is suppose to start developing?

There is some info on the wiki, including a compiled help file. It looks like the chm is for an older version, but he can use Sandcastle help file builder to build one or use the Object Browser in Visual Studio to discover all the classes.

You can ask him to search the forums, there are many useful mods and enhancements discussed in forums with code that can help him. For example have a look in Good Reference Forum where some adons are available.
