AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

Does anyone know of an editor for use on a site remotely (in development) that meets these criteria?
Inexpensive/free
Connect and save quickly via ftp
Save a copy of the file locally
Has edit-->undo after file is saved.
Has intellisense for C#

I use HTML Kit tools if I'm working remotely and it has all the features except the intellisense. If I need intellisense, I'll work on a local test site, then copy the code up.
Others are using Visual Web Developer and it doesn't save locally and the connection and saving for edits is very slow.
