Paid Orders not reflected in Payment Status

When viewing the default Order Manager page, usually for paid orders the payment column shows "Paid" with the green checkmark, if an order has been fully paid for.
I've seen it only showing Captured if the paid amount does not match the order total. I've also seen the Payment Status only update to "Captured" when manually processing payments. But this is the first time I've seen the order showing "Captured" when the order is fully paid for.
So viewing the order on the Order Manager default page, I see Status "Order Paid", Payment "Captured" (Yellow !), Shipment Unshipped (Yellow !)
When I go in to view the order details, the payment shows a capture for the full amount (matches the order total) and when check the payment where it was processed from (PayPal) the transaction is valid and complete.
Any ideas on why it would be doing this?
