AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

I have set up integrated shipping using Ups online tools but when I try to test my check out page, no shipping options are given. I went thru the troubleshooting steps in the help section & contacted Able support & went thru the settings to no avail. We set ups to debug mode & here is what came up in the log

Any help to get the shipping working would be greatly appreciated.

have a look at following message in received XML
pa is not a valid state abbreviation for United States.
seems like you need to specify correct state for your address, so first provide some valid state and then try again.
