I have custom fields for a product in ac_productcustomfields. The custom fields for that product shows up fine in ProductDescription page.
I am trying to copy that product in the Admin Area and I get "unable to cast Productcustomfield to customfield exception"
Please see attached.
How can I fix it. Looks like that exception is occuring in the dll.
Appreciate any help.

This bug has been around for a while...
The only fix I've been able to find (short of source code edit) is to remove your custom fields, copy the product, and then paste the custom fields back into both.
Wish it were easier.

Mazhar was unable to find any record of this bug being reported before now. He created bug 8239 to have it solved.
