e-mail question

We have been up for a couple of weeks or so and I just noticed that there are over 200 error messages in our log!

So, when I went to go look at them, I see they are all related to e-mail messages that have errors.

Here is one of the messages:

7/18/2009 8:55:14 PM Warn Error sending email with subject 'Subscription Notice'. Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: <sdw1103@aol.com> No such user here

Well, the e-mail addresses ARE correct, so I am not sure what is up with that. Also, I didn't realize that we were automatically trying to send out some kind of "subscription notice" every time a customer ordered, so I went to go find it in the e-mail templates and there is no template called "subscription notice".

Any ideas on where this elusive message is originating from and why there are errors sending some messages to customers and not other messages?

Mail sure your mail server is working properly. I ran a quick test and this is what it came back with:

CheckDNS.NET tests mail-servers
