Cybersource giving error

Hi guys,
1. I have created an webservice which cals the cybersource and returns the result to my asp.net page.When i execute the page am getting the exception like this
Exception : The type initializer for 'CyberSource.Clients.NVPClient' threw an exception.
where am going wrong?

2.Actually am not able to cross the proxy also. Proxy informations are not taken by the system . What i should do to make the system to accept proxy information ?. just by setting the values to Cybs.proxyserver etc., doesnt work for me.
