Is there any way of hiding the tax field in the printed invoice when the item is a coupon??

On invoice page order items are being shown in GridView that is warped inside repeater. First you can try to get gridview from repeater and next job could be to handle row created event of gridview. In RowCretaed handler you can then check item type and if it is a coupon you can try to hide the tax field.
