Is there a place to reference error messages so we can figure what is wrong.

Here is one we have been getting allot.

We have periods where the page will stall out. I am wandering if these are not the times the user hits refresh and gets an error message. I have times it will spin for several minutes before completing the task. It gets real frustrating when trying to enter an order for a customer and it just spins. I did open 4 windows one day and they were all spinning , when one page loaded or task completed they all did at the same time. Is this a server problems or a software problem?

Here is one of the errors.

Error Error in user maintenance DELETE statement conflicted with COLUMN REFERENCE constraint 'ac_Users_ac_Orders_FK1'. The conflict occurred in database 'shoote1_abc01', table 'ac_Orders', column 'UserId'. The statement has been terminated.

I also get this error message regarding the wishlost. Now when I test the wishlist it works fine. I am wandering of the user isn't changing the from email and thats causing the error.

Error sending email with subject 'My Wishlist'. Mailbox name not allowed. The server response was: sorry, the sender name and auth login doesn't coincide (#5.7.1)

This is the response I received from a hosting tech.

The error message below refers to the fact that the cart code is
trying to delete a record that is not available to be deleted, I would
forward that message to able commerce to make sure it inst a bug in
there software.

Back to the top since I have this error hundreds of times and my webmaster and host believe it is an error in the code.

I found this thread also that happened to be started by my webmaster. Not sure if there was ever a resolution.
