AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

Two questions about the cart. Is there any way to Defer Payment or add a 'Net30' option to the payments in the cart? I know manually submitted orders can defer payment, but it would be nice to let our Net 30 clients shop through the store, as oppose to just browse, when it replaces the old one.

Secondly, Is there anyway to set maxes (as oppose to the currently available minimums) for shipping options? We do not insure USPS Orders and have an upper weight and total limit to keep the costs of shipping at or below our current flat rates. And f these maxes could be set, is there a way for APO addresses to ignore them since we ship any order APO.

I'm working with 7.0.3 on the AbleCommerce Hosting.

There has been other requests for a max, But I have not seen how to do this yet.
Also you can make your own custom payment called "Net30" dont set a gateway, you can also make this only avalible to some customer groups.
