Canada Post Error

I have setup my shipping methods and carrier as per instructions and set the minimum amounts to activate that shipping method. I have also entered my CPC Merchant ID , when i go in and put an order in i get an error " There are no shipping methods available to the selected destination(s). " I have my warehouse set in Canada and checked the address I am shipping to and they are all correct. Any suggestions ? This is for Canada Post.
