In my installation of 7.0.2, if a scriptlet file is read-only, the online editing will let me change the scriptlet contents and display the changes. But these changes are purely in memory as the underlying file is not changed. The display of the changes is a false positive, leading the user to think they have made the intended changes. When the scriptlet file is syncronized to another environment, no changes will occur.

This behavior should be changed to either ignore the read-only flag and make the change or else not make the change and display a message that write access could not be obtained.
