Customize Coupon or Promotional Code Section

I would like to add some wording in the Coupon or Promotional Code section during checkout. I have looked all over the program and can not find out where the code for this section is located. Would someone point me in the right direction?

Edit Website/ConLib/CouponDialog.ascx file and then adjust desired text in this file.
