AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

I get this error (not all time - more when not login) :
Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown.; The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "ac_Baskets_ac_BasketItems_FK1". The conflict occurred in database "databaseBL", table "dbo.ac_Baskets", column 'BasketId'. The statement has been terminated.
Can you explain me how to fix it?

PS
I've 2 other web sites with AbleCommerce 7.0.3 build 12458 on that server!!
And NO "MINI BASKET" on product pages.
