Shopping Cart Disappearing

I have had a few different customers complain of this since we launched with AC several months ago, so thought I would see if anyone knows what's going on.

The problem is that they put items in their carts and then when they either go to view their cart or else try to add more items, the items they had already put in disappear.

We have had thousands of sales and this only has happened (that we know of) a handful of times, but every time it has, it has been described exactly the same way by the customers.

Has anyone ever heard of this happening?

That will happen if the site user is blocking cookies. Able's cart requires the user to allow cookies.

That is SO good to know!! I feel much better that there is not some hard-to-find and hard-to-fix problem with our software! I will let the most recent customer know that and see what happens the next time she tries to order.
