Has this issue been resolved ?

I'm using 7.0.3 and the product has a custom field called "Notes". This is the error that occurs:

Oops!
An unexpected error has occurred. The error message has been recorded for the system administrator. We apologize for the inconvenience.

But when I check in the Error log there is no errors. Any ideas ???
