Hi Mazhar,

I had an order that had both shipping and taxes disappear. Is this related to the same shipping amount disappearing from orders at checkout?

Here are the log files for this particular user who placed an order minus the IP and the actual order number. Does this help to see what's happening?

Not sure, did you managed to fix shipping cost issue through upgrade I suppose. Secondly what was the payment method for orders not showing shipping and taxes.

sorry got caught up in the business of selling...No, sorry we haven't upgraded yet.

Mazhar what would you recommend if our site is highly customized and we need to go ahead with this update. I'm not a programmer, and I obviously wouldn't be doing this, but our IT team is worried about braking things the 3rd party firm did for our site. Any recommendations as to how to approach this?

Yes, this was a mastercard payment.
