Tax a shippable item?

I have my packing slips showing up like this... what gives and how do I fix it?

Shipment Method: UPS Ground

PS...I am using the email code so that each vendor gets their own email.

Seems like you misplaced or removed some HTML code from Email template. Better compare the template part in question with default one to figure out what is causing the problem.

I used the file comparison tool shown here: www.comparemyfiles.com

The file Logan posted here: viewtopic.php?f=42&t=8571&start=25

and my file are exactly the same in code. Is there some type of design error in his file?
