Abandoned Baskets Report won't load in browser

I recently noticed that the Abandoned basket Report wont load in my browser( MonthlyAbandonedBaskets.aspx). I can point my web address to the DailyAbandonedBaskets.aspx page and it loads fine. I tried the info in this thread viewtopic.php?f=42&t=12169 but it did not resolve it just causes the browser to keep spinning its wheels.
