Site down because of error ...

Has anyone seen this before?
HELP!!!
No changes have been made to this site with the exception of an upgrade we got about 3 weeks ago. We have still had orders up until this weekend and then this error was just brought to our attention. If you go to our site (www.mpxsportsusa.com) you can try any item and it will not let you add anything to the cart ..The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "ac_Baskets_ac_BasketItems_FK1". The conflict occurred in database "mpxdb", table "ablecommerce.ac_Baskets", column 'BasketId'.
The statement has been terminated.
HELP!!!
