Packing Slip Question

How would I get the Bill To Address to show in the Ship From Field on Packing Slips, instead of our business address? Or would it be possible to just have a "From" field showing the billing address? Now when someone places a gift order, unless they indicate their name in a gift message there is no way to know who is sending the gift.
