I'm configuring zones in AC and would like to avoid entering all of the postal codes for our state. Can anyone recommend a source where I can download postal codes?

Yes, this was an option but it didn't list the counties. I have to sort by counties since some pay county tax and others don't in the state Florida. Any other thoughts?

If you are dealing with postal codes in relation to taxes and are using 7.0.3, you will probably have a performance problem adding things to the cart. We had a client who had 500 tax rules based on zip codes and had to take them off because every time something was added to the basket, the add to basket code slowed down more as each item was added to the basket.
Someone on the forum tried it with 8,000 tax rules and had to take them off because of performance problems. Able is working on it, but I don't know if anything has been changed recently.

@jmestep - That's unfortunate news about the performance problems with the AbleCommerce software.
@ablecommercecommunity - What I'm looking for is a CSV file with zip codes for each county in Florida so I can paste them into each of my tax rules. At the moment I have to add each zip code manually.

This information isn't generally "available" on the internet for free. However, you can purchase it. There are many companies that resell this information from the USPS and will give it to you in a .csv file.

@jdarby - I don't have a problem paying for it. Could you provide some suggestions? I think others in the community would like to know.

Did you search Google and dismiss the 100's of links that appear?
A customer of mine used zipinfo.com (usually near the top of any zip code search on google), but I did not follow up to find out if they were satisfied with the data or not. They have a page where you can do some free lookups to see what kind of data they have,
