I have a group of users for wholesale. These are retail stores, They should not be changing there address unless the store moves. would there be a way to lock users in this select group's address, or possible setup a trigger to send me an email if they change it. I think I can put some sort of message on the adress page that only show's for users in this group.

In order to get Email when some customer changes his address one possible solution could be to update all those location with some manual Email code. This will ensure that you will get an Email when some one updates his address. You can further restrict this operation only for users belonging to specific group by first checking their belonging group.
