rename admin folder

I was surprised I could not find this question asked already. But it seems to me one best practice is to rename the admin folder to something not so easily guessed. I know captcha and that sort of thing helps augment security on the backend, but there should be an easy process to rename the admin folder (aspdnsf has builtin functionality to do this). It seems renaming the folder is an iterative process to find out all the ~/Admin/... references and manually edit these.

Is anyone else doing this?
