AbleCommerce Shopping Cart Software

I have set up 3 coupons in the AbleCommerce admin panel. Set-up appears very straight forward, and I'm pretty sure they are set up correctly. Two of the coupons are "not valid for selected products," and the other is "valid for any product." When a customer puts the coupon code into the code box on checkout, I get an error: "The coupon code you've entered does not apply to any of the products in your basket." This makes no sense and I cannot find any references to this error on the forums. Please help!

I quickly tested both exclusive and inclusive coupons, both worked for me.

Hi Mike, I'm curious how you tested them on my site if you don't know my coupon codes? They do not work. Please go to www.euroluxantiques.com and checkout with coupon code 'SPEC10P' (10% off), and you'll see the error "The coupon code you've entered does not apply to any of the products in your basket."
