MY home page has a delay of 1-2 seconds before loading. is there a way to gid rid of that?

Hello,

I'm guessing the website isn't live yet and after an hour of no activity IIS is kicking us out of memory. If this is the case once you go live it won't happen as long as there is activity.

That is correct. The site is still in develoment mode.
