Duplicate Content with Google - SEO Issue

Have we figured out a solution yet to this major AC7 problem?

For example, these two URL's point to the same page.

Category.aspx?CategoryId=559
Physio-Therapy-C559.aspx

Google is indexing either one or the other or hitting us for duplicate content and not indexing either. How is the spider even finding the Category.aspx?CategoryId=559 version? What is the fix to this?

We are in 7.03

For this sort of problem canonical link can be used. please have a look at following bug report
