developer to do upgrade to 7.0.4?

I need to upgrade from 7.0.2 to 7.0.4. after reading the instructions I was wondering if I should have someone do it for me. I could probably muddle through it but there is also the chance I'll screw it up. Was wondering if one of the pros or ablecommerce will do it and at what cost? Let me know if your interested.

I am also looking to upgrade from 10.0.2 to 10.0.4. We have done some customizations which I have a list of.
